My business

me with the merchies in downtown LA

So I’ve been a merchandiser with the company Chloe and Isabel since August of 2014 and I adore working for them.  I’ve always been interested in fashion, but I didn’t want to work in a store with the 9 to 5 hours and minimum wage.  I saw the ad to join Chloe and Isabel but thought at first I really hope this isn’t a scheme to take my money, make me do home parties all the time, get people to sign up under me, etc etc.  I wasn’t looking for that.  Well, what I got from them was exactly what I wanted.  A business that was my own to run.  I wish I could take claim for designing the incredible jewelry but I can’t.  I do however support them and the women involved with this company.  Since I got my starter kit to run my own business (which by the way was like opening a huge Christmas present, I was so freaking excited) I’ve had my ups and downs with the company.  Trying to promote it, trying to sell jewelry, trying to , convince people I’m not asking you to give up your life to check out my website.  You’re not going to be asked to be my customer who sells for me, you are literally my customer that’s all.  If you want some pretty earrings, awesome, or if you just want to sign up and create a wish list for future purchases, even better.  I want you to be a part of my community.  It’s basically my store out of my home, and when there are specials, free shipping, sales, etc I’ll let you know.  I’ve probably bought more jewelry than my customers because I’m addicted to  it, and I love to shop.  But most importantly this company has been teaching me how to be my own boss.  I went to a meeting last year and met some other incredible merchandisers, and gained more insight into the company.  I’m loving every minute of it.  I wish I could work for them full time, but for now I’ll spread the word, wear the jewelry, have fun, and hope to inspire others to be their own boss, their own advocate for what they want.  My link to my boutique is in the menu option at the top of my page.  Check it out
