We take for granted the value in trips

The value in being with friends and loved ones 
What it means to sit with your feet in a river laughing with friends
What it means to have a fun bbq with family
What it means to sit in a theater and watch a broadway show or a movie
Everything is of value but I’ve never appreciated it more than now
I’ve never realized how those moments could be taken from of us and in this way
We all know life is changing and people can leave us and nothing is the same
But never in my wildest dreams would I think we would be forced to stay in one spot away from each other only to protect each other 
Let us heal together even though we are apart 
And never take one day for granted ever again
